Our Team

Andrew and Niki have been in Ludlow since 1999 and have been involved in leading Living Waters for most of that time. Andrew leads the Living Waters leadership team and provides a significant amount of the teaching in various contexts. Niki and Andrew regularly host community events in their home. Andrew is bi-vocational – supporting his work for the church by working as an Independent Financial Adviser. Since moving to Ludlow they have enjoyed regular research into finding the best coffee and cooked breakfast in the town.

Mike and Sue moved to Ludlow seven years ago and have been active in the leadership team for the last four years. They have a passion to see people encounter God and move beyond the church walls. Sue has amazing capacity to reach out to people outside the church especially young families, is a wonderful teacher and has run the children’s work for a number of years. Mike has brought his considerable programme director experience to develop the partnership agreement with St Johns Church, Ludlow, in addition to his prophetic and worship gifts.

Pam and Jamie have provided significant personal development support for a number of individuals within and beyond Living Waters. Although Pam is currently on an extended sabbatical for health reasons, Jamie continues to champion the relational and to shape the teaching input for the church. Their wisdom and experience have been a great support to the team and the church.

Dave and Carole have provided a wealth of experience and counsel to the leadership team. Their passion for world mission and the priority they place on prayer and relationships has a significant below the radar impact on the health of the church.

Malcolm & Ruth are a real gift to the church in the area of practical care and support. Both are very relational and have some significant pastoral experience in their respective work environments that they also encourage the church with.

Recently Sarah and Wayne have been drawn alongside the leadership team. Sarah has been a phenomenal addition to the team as Operations Co-ordinator. She ensures that many of the things we plan actually happen and has been developing her remarkable teaching gift. As the Intergenerational Missioner for St Johns, Wayne has a passion for mission and healing, especially for those on the edge of society. Wayne’s work serves many of the churches in the town regardless of denomination.

Helen & Josh have been invited to join with the leadership team as part of their development as leaders. Helen runs our exciting cafechurch initiative and shapes some of our communication. Josh is currently completing a Masters, and is looking at areas he can serve the church in the future.
